I ordered a frame 8 days ago. I just recieved confirmation that it was only shipped today.. Delivery was supposed to be 6-8 dasys. Not happy...
Al, | very pleased with the results but... I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :(
I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future.

Andrew R., Seattle | Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I can wait again all day today, but tomorrow have a few essential errands, so not sure what to do about this and it has really soured me on the whole experience
