SERVICE: I\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that.
PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\"x60\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\'m extremely happy with the final product.
SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers).
OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.

Ruth M., | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?

Reta R., | Many thanks Just received my second order - this time it was for two floating frames that, like the first order, were slightly oversized as I had requested because I wanted a 1/2\" gap rather than the standard 1/4\" gap. The frames were perfect and I easily mounted the paintings with the hardware provided in about an hour - and they look great. At about half the cost of having them done by a frame shop I am very pleased. Many thanks, James.
