Not Happy
Shipment sent to the wrong address. The right address was specified when ordering (otherwise credit card would not have been approved), but shipment was sent to an old address they had on file.

I am very impressed with the quick service! I ordered a photo on canvas, and it\'s gorgeous - better than I expected. It took less than a week from the time I uploaded the photo til it was hanging on my wall. I would definitely recommend this site to others!

The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
